Owners on the trail.
"Way more powerful than I expected for the price. Lit it up first try with a long lighter, cooked steaks for 4 in 8 minutes. Folds down small enough to throw behind the truck seat."
"Bought this for my BBQ setup. Way more responsive than my old grill burner — twist the valve and the flame instantly drops. Wind protection actually works on a breezy hilltop."
"Took it on a 6-day overland trip. Both burners stayed lit through wind, dust, and one rainy afternoon. The folding chassis is the killer feature — packs flat against the panels."
Common questions.
What fuel does it use?
Standard methane (butane) or propane canisters — buy at any hardware store, sporting-goods store, or RV supply for $3–$8 each. Included regulator hose has a universal threaded fitting.
How long does a canister last?
An 8-oz butane canister gives roughly 90 minutes of high-flame cooking on both burners. A 16-oz propane canister roughly doubles that. Lower flame settings extend runtime significantly.
How is this different from the Stainless Steel stove?
This one has a steel chassis with manual ignition (use a long lighter or match) — simpler build, lower price point, very reliable. The stainless model has piezo electric ignition and a more polished finish. Both deliver similar cooking power.
Can I use it on a balcony or indoors?
Outdoor use only. Always cook in a well-ventilated area — open balconies, patios, RV exteriors, or campgrounds. Never inside a closed tent, garage, or sealed apartment. Combustion produces carbon monoxide which is unsafe in enclosed spaces.
How do I clean it?
Remove the drip surface and wash with warm soapy water. Wipe the chassis with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers — they leave micro-scratches. Let it fully dry before folding for storage.
